Company: Our client is one of the Fortune 500 companies and is leader offering solutions to the retail business. Founded more than 50 years ago, they have developed into a leading multinational with over 40000 employees worldwide and they are still growing. They are now hiring an administrator assistant in their offices based in Brussels.
Role: They currently have a vacancy for an office administrator. This role will involve general office administration, organising transportation arrangements, handling incoming and outgoing calls, preparing rapports, database management and support the HR team! Furthermore you deal with all office supplies and any ad hoc tasks.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration role for at least two years. Further more you have some knowledge of the Belgium employment law. You have excellent communication skills, are able to Multitask and have good knowledge of the standard office application like MS office. You speak French, Dutch and English to (near) native level.
