Job Description
Our client, a highly successful and growing multi billion dollar international vendor of Hardware, Software and solutions is seeking a dynamic Global Account Manager-Belux. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning, growing, managing and maintaining total business on a global as part of a highly motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop new business in the FG500 accounts against pre-agreed targets and be responsible for the commercial management of the following:
- Establish a global account plan, an international revenue, and volume, profit budget and business development plan for each FG500 account or similar Global Accounts HBOS etc.
- Coordinate and work with Area & Local Sales Management in all involved countries to maximize revenue and profit for the named FG500 accounts by focusing on the Life Time Value of the contract and more business development across Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Ensure that the overall offering and international presentational approaches and proposals are made in line with the guidelines and Company standards working across the business.
- Liaise, coordinate with and use the resources of the Company Group in the most mean & lean, efficient & productive manner in order to develop and maintain long term business relationships externally and internally with stakeholders etc.
- Prepare reports of progress with FG500 named accounts on all related activities and opportunities.
- Work with the global services team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and nurture relationships to deliver best practice.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Working with complex demanding customers in tight timescales to sell high value outsourcing solutions
- Working in IT sales solutions or Document Management solutions for a minimum for 6 to 10 years
- Understanding and driving of the IT full sales cycle in ‘C’ level negotiations.
- Understanding of Key Technologies and Business drivers from document management to print management output (internet, ERP, CRM, software applications, business applications, ROI, integration issues etc)
- A proven record of successfully meeting targets in a Global Account Management Role developing business with 2 – 10 accounts in FG500 or similar size.

- Have the interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships at all levels of an organisation and the ability to work successfully as part of a highly motivated management team. - Work well under pressure and take calculated entrepreneurial risks to drive revenue.
- Provide direction and set strategy to anticipate customer needs and IT business direction.
- Prepare plans for teams or projects and make informed decisions using a strategic approach to develop business with global accounts ideally such as HSBC, GSK HBOS and so on
