The training - Aston Carter takes training very seriously. Our induction program covers Banking and Finance, Information Technology, Headhunting and Mapping; Recruitment Process and Candidate Management. Alongside this you will be assigned a mentor to work closely with you on a daily basis to help you to achieve.

We are currently seeking either graduate or graduate calibre individuals looking for a rewarding and lucrative career. More importantly, you will be as hungry, passionate and motivated to succeed as we are!
Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience within either B2B or B2C sales, but this is not essential.
Trainees will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising basic salary (pay rises are clearly defined at each level of progression), commission and a quarterly bonus. Benefits include pension scheme, travel insurance, private healthcare, which includes subsidised gym membership after a qualifying period.
