As minimum requirements to apply for this job you must have:
• University degree
• At least 5 years experience in managing projects
• Experience with testing
• Experience in implementing retail store systems solutions with knowledge of Raymark as a absolute plus !
• Language skills; English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, implement and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget in the retail store systems area. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Manage end-to-end project activities.
• Manage and coordinates the project activities as necessary of all involved parties.
• Prepare the required plans for the project execution according to the project plan in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop and implements action plans for the project to generate proper implementation procedures based upon the contractual milestones and commitments.
• Coordinate with other teams to facilitate every need and overcome any constraint to meet the final project goals.
• Manage and provides the required support for the implementation team to use the right process and implement the most appropriate procedures to accomplish the best results.
• Prepare the ongoing periodical progress reports during the project life cycle.
• Develop project budgeting, accounting, and scheduling procedures.
• Establish proper control and reporting mechanisms to execute and manage.
• Responsible for the preparation of written correspondence and/or presentations to keep executives appraised of project progress.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
