Our client is searching for a Swedish customer service executive to work in a phone and email based environment and provide excellent levels of customer service.
Candidate Responsibilities
Dealing with customer inquiries via phone and email, analysing individual problems and taking the appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met
Reviewing customer identification documents, verifying customer accounts by email and telephone
Communicating and cooperating with other departments as required
Taking an active interest in driving process and quality improvements across the department
Fulfilment of other tasks specific to your language community as required
Candidate Skills
Great communication skills on a business standard in your language, both written and spoken
Able to speak and write perfect English and Swedish languages
Practical experience in the area of customer service and a very service oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve complex problems and drive resolution of problems to meet deadlines
No problem with shift work (weekends and bank holidays included)
Previous experience in an online gaming or related environment is preferred
Salary 17k plus package
