Accountabilities:
- Develop regional and country-specific sales and marketing plans.
- Support local distributors, agents and other partners in developing business strategy.
- Monitor business developments as well as economic, political and societal developments.
- Implement and monitor local business practices in line with legal regulations.
- Launch products/treatments in product portfolio.
- Support business partners with tenders, quality studies, and in publication of medico-economic data.
- Increase level of reimbursements for our portfolio.
- Develop alternative ways of funding, e.g. charitable trusts and foundations.
- Analyze and monitor set-up of services business and progress optimizations.
- Establish and align service program for recipients.
- Maintain contact and build networks with key personnel in clinics/ hospitals and Ministry of Health.
- Establish KOL management and communication plan to promote networking of professionals.
- Coordinate clinical/ technical training and development of stakeholders.
- Provide service, support and training to healthcare professionals and clinic personnel.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years in international company / matrix organization.
- Experience in sales & marketing in medical technical/ life sciences.
- Experience working in business model with distributors / business partners / KOLs.
- Experience in Middle East.
- Strongly developed commercial negotiation skills, ideally in the tender business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in remote leadership environment / cross-functional teams.
- Flexible to travel (50-80% in ME).
- Education: Diploma/ Master in Business Admin, Medical Technology or related field.
- Languages: Excellent English (spoken & written)
