Brussels Based - Employee Relations / HR Generalist - Belgium - to €70,000 + bonus
An exciting new position has arisen based in Brussels, Belgium for an experienced Employee Relations (ER) or HR Generalist to join a leading International business.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years relevant experience providing HR Generalist or ER Generalist services as part of an HR service.
In addition, it is essential that you are able to speak English as well as either French or Dutch (or both).
In this position, responsibilities will involve resolving complex employee relations enquiries and utilising management tools to ensure that all queries are dealt with effectively. This will involve regular liaison and communication with other HR team members and HR Business partners.
Additional responsibilities will involve coaching managers and providing guidance to complex investigations.
This position has EMEA scope covering other countries including Belgium, Netherlands and France
