We are currently recruiting for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with ENGLISH and FRENCH. This position is based in Ostrava. If you enjoy communicating with people around the world, this might be the right opportunity for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating tickets with the reported failures in customer service centers
• Providing information to customers on the repair progress
• Communication with internal teams in order to verify and resolve clients´ issues
• Participation in regular meetings

REQUIREMENTS:
• Min. secondary education
• Fluent English language and Frech language a must
• Problem solving personality with excellent communications skills
• Resilience to stress and high level of flexibility
• Reliability and attention to detail
