Japanese trading company, based in Brussels, requires JAPANESE SPEAKING OPERATOR/ HELPDESK to join their IT team.
The successful candidate will have customer support experience in a help desk role. IT knowledge (network/system) is essential.

Duties:
- Respond to enquiries from customers and progress to resolution
- Management of user account (registration, modification, deletion)
- Checking system infrastructure (NW, HW, OS, UNIX, Application, Data backup)
- Create documents (manual, schedule and format)
- Determining failure and troubleshooting
- Documentation and escalation to 2nd line support where necessary

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English
- Advanced Excel skill
- Good team worker
- Logical mind
