Required skills:
- Bachelor/Graduate in Computer Sciences/Telco, University Degree or equivalent by experience.
- Telecommunication or IT back-ground is mandatory, with at least 5 years experience in one of these domains.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Testing domain is expected, with experience of test methodology (TMap) and tools (HP/Mercury Quality Center). Certified in Test Management is an asset.
- Dutch and English or French and English may be considered
Working as part of the Project Test Management team within the Change Management area, you will assist company-wide and technical projects in the framework of Corporate Releases and testing of the solution in line with cost, quality and agreed risk.
Responsibilities Include :
- Preparing the master test plan (test strategy) for cross departmental projects.
- Coordinate and plan test activities during the project lifecycle with a special focus on integration testing and end-to-end testing (user acceptance).
- Evaluating the level of testing necessary in function of the business / technical parameters.
- Follow up of test-execution and evaluate the quality of the software / project.
- Advising the project manager and the users on the level of quality and the risks.
- Set up and management of the test organisation
- Promoting the usage of appropriate templates, reporting & tooling solutions
- Involvement throughout the project phase and ensuring compliance with technical and business requirements, evaluates and decides with the users on the criticality of the business requirements.
- Decides on the test solutions to be implemented (definition of the test strategy in combination with the requirements traceability matrix)
