As a Cash Collector, you will report to the manager of the department and your tasks will be to manage a portfolio of clients located mainly in Germany, reason why you need to be very fluent in that language. You will also be the back-up of the rest of the team for cash collection all over the world so English is crucial too.
You will be responsible for collecting payments from clients regarding open invoices and will also be in charge of analyzing companies' balance in order to approve credits or not.
Profile:
- You speak fluently English and German;
- You have between 2-5 years experience in cash collection;
- You have a good knowledge of SAP or another ERP;
- You have good communication skills and are able to use diplomacy;
- You are quickly available.
