	Research and cold call potential clients and partners which include Banks, Broker/Dealers, Money Managers, Funds and HNW Retail.&lt;br /&gt;
	Establish partner relationships with FX Money Managers, Introducing Brokers and Technology White Labels.&lt;br /&gt;
	Effectively negotiate pricing and conditions with clients and partners.&lt;br /&gt;
	Travel at times to strategic Institutional FX events and prospective/existing clients.&lt;br /&gt;
	Discuss features/benefits of our FX technologies to potential clients and partners.&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide efficient on boarding assistance to potential clients and partners which will require communication with other departments.&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide weekly and monthly reports to management&lt;br /&gt;

Your Profile&lt;br /&gt;

Education: University degree required&lt;br /&gt;
Language:  Fluent in English in addition to another language: German, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish&lt;br /&gt;

	Expert knowledge in eFX trading&lt;br /&gt;

Primary responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;

	Taking of potential product quality complaints via phone, e-mail and fax and entering these orders into our ERP sytem&lt;br /&gt;
	Management of these orders (order confirmation, queries, delivery investigations, complaints handling), answer technical support questions, and deal with client escalations &amp; disputes&lt;br /&gt;
	Dispatching of service engineers&lt;br /&gt;
	Communication with corporate customers in the respective countries in the respective European language via phone and in written&lt;br /&gt;
	Relationship building with customers by understanding customers needs and dedication to provide high quality customer service&lt;br /&gt;
	Cooperation with departments involved in customer service processes within our company and external Service Providers&lt;br /&gt;
	Close cooperation with our sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to the customers&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide customers with product and service information&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Specific Skills and or Knowledge, credentials or professional certifications&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Bachelor or Master degree&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Very good ENGLISH plus speaker level in:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-	GERMAN (mandatory)&lt;br /&gt;
-	DUTCH (is a plus)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Be able to write correspondence with high level of quality (spelling &amp; grammar) in English and the relevant language(s) above&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Stress resistant, Customer oriented yet affirmative, reliable, proactive&lt;br /&gt;

Our client is an american company leader in his sector, with an European Head Quarter in Mont-Saint-Guibert, near Louvain-la Neuve. For their Customer Service Department they are looking for a temporary agent (6 months - maternity leave replacement).&lt;br /&gt;

Job Description&lt;br /&gt;
Receive and enter customer orders in SAP system.&lt;br /&gt;
Provide timely communications and follow up to the customer of order status,  availability, pricing, promotions, shipment information, credit issues, returns and any other customer service requirements of the customer.&lt;br /&gt;
Work closely with Regional Managers and branches on account activity&lt;br /&gt;
Work closely with product line teams and planning to resolve schedule conflicts, new product introduction and capacity/tooling issues.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Candidate skills&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience. Experience working in business to business customer service role; utilizing a formal business system to enter orders (ERP as SAP), pricing, and maintenance of master data. Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.  &lt;br /&gt;
Computer literacy (MS Office suite)&lt;br /&gt;
Multi language skills: English, French and Russian, any other languages is a plus.&lt;br /&gt;
Experience in working in a formal business system. &lt;br /&gt;
Key skills must include accuracy, the ability to multi-task, detail oriented and good organizational skills. Capacity to negotiate. Team work, flexibility and positive &quot;can do&quot; attitude is essential.&lt;br /&gt;
