� Research and cold call potential clients and partners which include Banks, Broker/Dealers, Money Managers, Funds and HNW Retail.
� Establish partner relationships with FX Money Managers, Introducing Brokers and Technology White Labels.
� Effectively negotiate pricing and conditions with clients and partners.
� Travel at times to strategic Institutional FX events and prospective/existing clients.
� Discuss features/benefits of our FX technologies to potential clients and partners.
� Provide efficient on boarding assistance to potential clients and partners which will require communication with other departments.
� Provide weekly and monthly reports to management

Your Profile

Education: University degree required
Language: Fluent in English in addition to another language: German, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish

Competencies:

� Expert knowledge in eFX trading
� Efficient at researching and cold calling potential clients and partners
� Ability to work with flexible schedules
� Ability to achieve and/or exceed performance goals
� Ability to adapt to a changing environment linked with a fast growing bank.

Customer Service - SAP ( English + German or Italian or Slavic Language )

Location: Waterloo

Primary responsibilities

� Taking orders from customers via phone, e-mail and fax and entering these orders into our ERP system
� Taking of potential product quality complaints via phone, e-mail and fax and entering these orders into our ERP sytem
� Management of these orders (order confirmation, queries, delivery investigations, complaints handling), answer technical support questions, and deal with client escalations & disputes
� Dispatching of service engineers
� Communication with corporate customers in the respective countries in the respective European language via phone and in written
� Relationship building with customers by understanding customers needs and dedication to provide high quality customer service
� Cooperation with departments involved in customer service processes within our company and external Service Providers
� Close cooperation with our sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to the customers
� Provide customers with product and service information

Specific Skills and or Knowledge, credentials or professional certifications

� Bachelor or Master degree

� At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service

� Very good ENGLISH plus speaker level in:

- GERMAN (mandatory)
- DUTCH (is a plus)

� Be able to write correspondence with high level of quality (spelling & grammar) in English and the relevant language(s) above

� Stress resistant, Customer oriented yet affirmative, reliable, proactive

� Experience in working with SAP and previous exposure to multicultural working environment are an advantage

� Ability to learn quickly the products and our environment

� Precise and eye for the detail

� Good PC literacy

Location: Mont Saint Guibert

Our client is an american company leader in his sector, with an European Head Quarter in Mont-Saint-Guibert, near Louvain-la Neuve. For their Customer Service Department they are looking for a temporary agent (6 months - maternity leave replacement).

Job Description
Receive and enter customer orders in SAP system.
Provide timely communications and follow up to the customer of order status, availability, pricing, promotions, shipment information, credit issues, returns and any other customer service requirements of the customer.
Work closely with Regional Managers and branches on account activity
Work closely with product line teams and planning to resolve schedule conflicts, new product introduction and capacity/tooling issues.

Candidate skills
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience. Experience working in business to business customer service role; utilizing a formal business system to enter orders (ERP as SAP), pricing, and maintenance of master data. Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
Multi language skills: English, French and Russian, any other languages is a plus.
Experience in working in a formal business system.
Key skills must include accuracy, the ability to multi-task, detail oriented and good organizational skills. Capacity to negotiate. Team work, flexibility and positive "can do" attitude is essential.
