Job Description&lt;br /&gt;

	Research and cold call potential clients and partners which include Banks, Broker/Dealers, Money Managers, Funds and HNW Retail.&lt;br /&gt;
	Establish partner relationships with FX Money Managers, Introducing Brokers and Technology White Labels.&lt;br /&gt;
	Effectively negotiate pricing and conditions with clients and partners.&lt;br /&gt;
	Travel at times to strategic Institutional FX events and prospective/existing clients.&lt;br /&gt;
	Discuss features/benefits of our FX technologies to potential clients and partners.&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide efficient on boarding assistance to potential clients and partners which will require communication with other departments.&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide weekly and monthly reports to management&lt;br /&gt;

Your Profile&lt;br /&gt;

Education: University degree required&lt;br /&gt;
Language:  Fluent in English in addition to another language: German, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish&lt;br /&gt;

Competencies: &lt;br /&gt;

	Expert knowledge in eFX trading&lt;br /&gt;
	Efficient at researching and cold calling potential clients and partners&lt;br /&gt;

Main Responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;

	Create and integrate system solution offerings and effective go-to-market strategies including product launches to ensure differentiation and growth. Be a proactive force in helping the organization position itself to grow revenue profitably. &lt;br /&gt;
	Collaborate with the global product management team, the regional sales team, and other functions to identify requirements for system solution offerings.&lt;br /&gt;
	Understand customers clinical and economic needs, and then map the values and benefits of the companys system solution offerings to those needs.&lt;br /&gt;
	Instill marketing principles, discipline, and accountability throughout the organization. &lt;br /&gt;
	Searching suitable system service suppliers &amp; installers for further distribution;&lt;br /&gt;
	Developing regional marketing strategy, value proposition and positioning.&lt;br /&gt;
	Communicate the business strategy and vision internally and externally. &lt;br /&gt;
	Establish and optimize operational marketing processes. &lt;br /&gt;
	Assist in driving revenue growth through lead generation and mobilization of the field marketing team. &lt;br /&gt;
	Manage a dedicated, results-oriented regional marketing team. Evaluate the team continuously to create a team that is appropriate to the business challenges. &lt;br /&gt;
	Facilitate innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success&lt;br /&gt;
	Key contributor to Annual Strategic Plan, ensuring regional/operational plans &amp; executions are aligned with global Field marketing plan (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;

Position Requirements&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Experience leading marketing strategy and go-to-market for a global, technology-oriented company. Ideally, he/she will have knowledge of the PV industry. &lt;br /&gt;
	A proven track record of instilling marketing discipline and accountability within a global business. &lt;br /&gt;
	Commercialization experience with a focus on building market awareness and go-to-market strategy and execution. &lt;br /&gt;
	Hands-on experience developing and deploying processes, tools, and metrics to drive marketing accountability, transparency, and results. &lt;br /&gt;
	A best practices mentality and ability to incorporate best practices into the marketing organization. &lt;br /&gt;
	Business and financial acumen. &lt;br /&gt;
	An inclusive leadership style with a focus on personal involvement, trust, and flexibility. &lt;br /&gt;
	Leadership skills that will help cultivate a culture of the company Growth Values and integrity. &lt;br /&gt;
