Description:
As customer service assistant you will be responsible for providing a superior level of service to our client's customers and international sales team.

Principal responsibilities:

 HSSE
Apply and comply with HSSE rules and regulations in line with the companies policies in order to secure a safe environment for the IDS NWE staff and customers
 Customer Service
Ensure the provision of a superior level of service to IDS customers, the IDS sales team and KPNWE support services functions, such as credit.

 Telemarketing
Ensure a prompt and professional follow-up of all offers, mailings and telemarketing calls and the subsequent attainment of pre-set sales targets
 Credit Control
Ensure all roles and responsibilities assigned to the Customer Services and Telemarketing Central team under corporate credit procedures are strictly adhered to and that open communication between all stakeholders is maintained in order to minimize credit risk.
 Administration & Procedures
Adhere to all processes and procedures pertaining to the administration and service of IDS customers within region thereby ensuring that the team has the best opportunity to provide all IDS customers, prospects and internal clients within requisite region an excellent service.

You will be the perfect profile if :
You have more than 1 year of experience in a Customer service departement.
You speak perfectly English and a combination of the following languages ( Italian Romanian, Czech,Hungarian or Polish)
