Customer Service - SAP ( English + German or Italian or Slavic Language )&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Location: Waterloo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Primary responsibilities&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Taking orders from customers via phone, e-mail and fax and entering these orders into our ERP system &lt;br /&gt;
	Taking of potential product quality complaints via phone, e-mail and fax and entering these orders into our ERP sytem&lt;br /&gt;
	Management of these orders (order confirmation, queries, delivery investigations, complaints handling), answer technical support questions, and deal with client escalations &amp; disputes&lt;br /&gt;
	Dispatching of service engineers&lt;br /&gt;
	Communication with corporate customers in the respective countries in the respective European language via phone and in written&lt;br /&gt;
	Relationship building with customers by understanding customers needs and dedication to provide high quality customer service&lt;br /&gt;
	Cooperation with departments involved in customer service processes within our company and external Service Providers&lt;br /&gt;
	Close cooperation with our sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to the customers&lt;br /&gt;
	Provide customers with product and service information&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Specific Skills and or Knowledge, credentials or professional certifications&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Bachelor or Master degree&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Very good ENGLISH plus speaker level in:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-	GERMAN (mandatory)&lt;br /&gt;
-	DUTCH (is a plus)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Be able to write correspondence with high level of quality (spelling &amp; grammar) in English and the relevant language(s) above&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Stress resistant, Customer oriented yet affirmative, reliable, proactive&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Experience in working with SAP and previous exposure to multicultural working environment are an advantage&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Ability to learn quickly the products and our environment&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Precise and eye for the detail&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
	Good PC literacy&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
