Our third role, within our Food Specials Department would see you involved in the weekly creation of our warehousing memos, the management of the electronic databases that support the department and our regions, producing stock allocations for stores and communicating delivery details to suppliers.  This position plays a vital role within the department and you will need to be confident and proactive team player.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In all three roles, you will be required to deal directly with our suppliers, internal departments and our International Head Office in Germany. On a daily basis you will handle telephone, email and postal enquiries and demonstrate your talents for multitasking and prioritisation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fluent in English and German, your secretarial or administrative experience should include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  A confident and motivated team player with boundless initiative, you should be conscientious with an uncompromising eye for detail and a hands-on approach.   A strong multi-tasker, you should be used to working to schedules and deadlines with the ability to prioritise tasks and accommodate with ease and efficiency new requests.  With excellent literacy and numeracy skills, you will have a flair for communicating and organising and a willingness to learn and develop.  Some retail experience would be advantageous but not essential.&lt;br /&gt;

The role: Online Media Associate Intern&lt;br /&gt;
The Online Media Associate Intern Programme is open to students from all academic disciplines with strong analytical skills to help Google clients and users get the most out of their advertising efforts and our products. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you are strongly interested in client service, project management, and communications. You are also a self-starter who brings a determined, solution-oriented attitude. Your specific responsibilities will depend on the product area, specific department, and on your skills and experience. Many intern roles within this programme do not require technical skills and they could include managing advertiser or publisher accounts, developing compelling advertising solutions for brand advertisers, improving access to relevant information for millions of internet users, analyzing large sets of data, or developing scalable support solutions for rapid-growth consumer products.&lt;br /&gt;

Start date and duration: - Option 1: Summer Internship: Start date towards end of June for a duration of 10-12 weeks. - Option 2: Long-term internship: Start date in January/February or June/July for a duration of 5-6 months.&lt;br /&gt;
Responsibilities:&lt;br /&gt;

* Provide outstanding customer service to Google's advertisers, publishers, users and/or internal clients.&lt;br /&gt;
* Manage and drive specific projects, present results and make recommendations.&lt;br /&gt;
* Identify customer problems and develop creative solutions.&lt;br /&gt;
* Work collaboratively with your team to improve account performance for new and existing markets/products.&lt;br /&gt;
* Identify opportunities to improve Google products, working with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to test and implement improvements.&lt;br /&gt;

Minimum Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;

* Students with a Bachelors/Masters degree in progress. To be eligible, students need to return to full-time education for at least 3 months after the internship. Priority given to applicants graduating late 2012 or during 2013.&lt;br /&gt;

* Previous internships in account management, marketing, customer support, sales or consulting.&lt;br /&gt;
