In Bulgaria we are cooperating with HP on several managed services projects. We are providing server and application support in English and German using Storage, Windows, UNIX, Mainframe, Database, Messaging: Exchange, Lotus Notes technologies. We employ more than 350 people in these projects and sustain three levels of expertise – system administration, senior system administration, and deep technical support.

We are also providing 24x7 end user support in English, German, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Russian, Slovak, Dutch and Danish. We employ more than 200 people in these projects and sustain 3 levels of expertise – 1st level support, 2nd level support, and subject matter technical experts. Adecco Bulgaria also has several own managed services end user support projects for internal customers, sustaining similar profiles.
